What impressed me about working with Rob Weiss was his enthusiasm over taking on a condo to sell, well out of the Orange County area. He immediately familiarized himself with the community and made invaluable suggestions on improvements that would ensure that the home was every bit the quality that he was advertising. Drove the distance for regular "Open houses" and met with prospective buyers, absolutely, anytime at their convenience. Rob Weiss returned each and every phone call! He's a salesman with an ever-present "Positive attitude" and the knowledge on how to "Close a deal". It was an estate sale, and he managed it well, through confirmation. I'm convinced that his hard work is the reason we sold so quickly. I would never work for anyone else.
Rob listed the property, was very aggressive in his effort to sell it. He was entirely responsive to our phone calls and sold the property within a reasonable time. I had chances to meet with the buyers who told me how satisfied they were with the way he handled the transaction . He was helpful with obtaining a loan, insurance and left them feeling they had a complete disclosure as to the condition of the property. I would be happy to use his services again.
The Weiss team did a spectacular job for us! Rob is very knowledgeable about our neighborhood - we could tell he was very experienced, and he loved his job. Michelle is extremely organized and knows every step of the escrow process, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs on time. Going through two escrows at once is not an easy tas,k and Michelle kept us on track! We couldn't think of a better team to work with. They had our best interests in mind and never forced us into any decision we didn't want to make. We would highly recommend them to anyone who asks me or my husband, and we would definitely use them again if we ever needed their services again in the future!
